Home Of The Red & Green

JHS owns a proud athletics tradition with a number of different athletic programs offered to our students.

Battle On

One of our greatest traditions is our annual "Battle of the Classes" — a competitive fundraiser for a local organization chosen by our students that culminates in a skills competition just before Spring Break. In 43 years, our students have raised over $300,000 for local community organizations and charities.

Strong Academic Offerings

Jamestown High School faculty offer a wide range of Advanced Placement courses and College Connections dual-enrollment courses with SUNY Jamestown Community College including Physics, Chemistry, Calculus, United States History, and more.

Passionate Performing Arts Community

For over a century, Jamestown High School's performing arts organizations, including our Marching Band and A Cappella Choir, have earned great acclaim. They've even earned a few state championships along the way.

Experiential Learning Opportunities

Students at JHS also have the chance to engage in hands-on training through our technology programs, including a carpentry class at the Innovation Center at R.R. Rogers School.
